If we are having multiple C4C which needs to be integrated with multiple back-end ECC systems, can we do it with single HCI instance

Yes, of course you can integrate multiple C4C instances to multiple back-end system with a single HCI instance. In fact, avoiding point-to-point connections, is exactly the purpose of any integration broker.
