Unavailable to delete cost element

Dear all,

When posting goods I get errror as:"Account 892000 requires an assigment to a CO object". For solving this problem I tried to delete cost element via KA04 but it gives error as:"Deletion is not possible (dependent records exist in table COEP)"

How can I correct the error(s)?
