What are the exact steps for setting up of cross dividion sales ?
Do I need to assign the pricing procedures and sales documents to cross division and as well as other divisions ?

Its very simple
Go to Tcode VOR2 , and set common division and you are good to go

FOr this first go to spro-sales & Distributiin-Master Data-Common Division, from here configure common division.
