How to convert local installation into domain installation

Dear Expertise,

Please help me in overcoming the following dilemma Situation.

Sir, I have installed Sap ecc6.0 on one of our test system with local installation can I convert it into domain installation if yes please guide me that what are the areas that i need to modify and how.
