problem when using screen painter

When I use se51 transaction (screen painter) for developing screens in the local IDES server, it is displaying an error like "GUI 640 Patch 0 smaller than required(8). Continue with Alpha Screen". Can you please tell me the meaning of this and also the solution to this problem.
