Printer Setting Issue

The Crystal Report page size is set for 11" x 17", and the report is saved with the Printer driver set for 11" x 17" page size. But when the Crystal Viewer open up the Printer page is set for 8 " x 11" and many fields on the report do not fit.

Failing in Windows 7.

This was working fine in Windows 10.

If the printer that supports that paper size is not found CR will default to your Default printer.

Install a printer that is capable and in Page set up check on the Dissociate option.

Hi..

When I generate report in sap crystal report 2013 and export it into PDF, the page size varies across different generations. For example, I generated the same report from same machine twice. During 1st run, the blank space above page header is more than during 2nd run and this is happening randomly, not on a regular basis.

Can I use "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Page Size" option in the page setup along with "No Printer"
