SAP BW 3.5 IDES ON ORACLE and WIN XP

Dear all

I am trying to install SAP BW 3.5 on Oracle and windows XP but I have this error in the last step of installation progress : Create SAP System Operating System Groups and Users and then I encoutered this blocking error :
