To do that, I'd need the error log. Generally, you'd double-click the square on the left of the message that you're interested in to open the pipeline view. Then you'd navigate to the "Request message mapping" step and search for the name of your operation mapping (If you follow common naming conventions, simply search for " OM_". Close to that you would typically find an indication as to which function failed and on which node the failure happened.
