Fileds missing in Responsive UI but present in HTML5 UI in sap cloud for customer

Hi Experts,

I have a issue I am using HTML5 UI to create some service process but inspite of creating them I am unable to find the same in Responsive UI. please help.

I am attaching the screenshot of problem:

1.Workcenter view doesn't show all the fields in RUI.

2.Fields present in HTML5 still not there in RUI.

please help and let me know any link or document to approach.

Dear Sumit,

Please check the work center view assignment for the user, for example

WoC View SEOD_TICKETMD_SADL_WCVIEW also please check if

work center View Work Tickets is assigned to the user.

1. Go to Application and User Management and click on Business Users
2. Search for business user "Bonduelle" and click into it
3. Now click "Edit" and then "Access Rights"
4. Go to facet Work Center and View Assignment and open Woc "Service"
5. Untick the Tickets checkbox (SEOD_TICKET_SADL_WCVIEW) and tick a second checkbox eg. "Queue"
6. Now click Save
