Transport user access

Does anyone know if it is guaranteed that only users those who have the authorization object S_TRANSPRT with ACTVT Field value of 60 for T-codes, including STMS, SE01, SE09, and SE10, are the only ones who can transport in SAP?

I'm trying to verify segregation of duties between developers and those who release.

Hey Chohee,

We just went through this with our audit guys.

If you have the CTS plug-in installed, you also need S_CTS_ADMI with a value that allows transports to be imported, e.g. IMPA. Otherwise, I think the system just checks S_TRANSPRT.

You can be 100% sure by tracing a user while he does an import. The trace should show all of the auth objects that were checked.
