logonLabels_en.properties

Hi all.....I'm in the process of modifying the Portal Logon screen.....I went to System Admin > Support, and then navigated to ROOT/WEB-INF/portal/portalapps and downloaded com.sap.portal.runtime.logon. Upon going into NWDS, I don't see any of the logonLabel property files, or for that matter the languages property files.......do I need to download a different file in addition to the com.sap.portal.runtime.logon file? Thanks for your help!
