Display list when pushbutton in pressed in selection screen. its urgent

Hi All..

This is very urgent. Pls help me.

I have a requirement, when a pushbutton is pressed in the selection screen I would like to display a list based on the user's selection inputs. The list contains 8 select-options. how to display that screen when i click button? Pls this is urgent requirement.
