Filesystem for SAP MDM/ORACLE

Hello again,

as in my previous post, I am planning a SAP MDM stand alone installation with ORACLE 10.2 RDBMS on Linux.

Could someone give me some link/SAP note where the file system of ORACLE for SAP MDM is defined as well as the filesystem for the SAP MDM installation itself?

In the installation guide of MDM he only reference is for "Setting the Search Paths"

You help is very much needed!!

Hi Loukas,

MDM Installation is platform dependant and Database independent

So download MDM Server from the service market place

https://websmp203.sap-ag.de/swdc

and navigate to

Service Market Place -> downloads -> SAP support packages -> Entry by Application Group ->Support Packages and Patches

Support Packages and Patches -> SAP NetWeaver -> SAP MDM -> SAP MDM 5.5 -> Master Data server

there you can find the MDM server for Linux platform.

first of all the link:

is not valid. And secondly I have gone through the installation guide for MDM , which is really poor comparing to normal SAP docs with a lot of information.
