Script Error - No Menu no PCD available. Help please!

Helly Everyone,

we are running on a brandnew portal Installation EP 7.0 SP9.

If we logon to the portal and for example go the Content Administration section, nothing appears and Internet Explorer shows a rectangle with a Script Error message.

I have checked all of my ProxySettings, trusted sites etc...nothing happens. Could the reason be that we just have a static IP and no hostname? If so how can I make the IP trusted for the Internet Explorer?

Thank you very much in advance for any suggestion

Best regards

Akan Korul

      Hello Dear SDN Experts,

thank you very much for your response. I'm gonna try your workaround today and hopefully i'll find a suitable solution for my problem. Your description seems to be the right thing for my problem.

Could there be any other reasons for the jscript errors with my Internet Explorer? I was searching for other Topics but it seems that in this case the FQDN is the major problem.

Thank you very much for your suggestion....points have been awarded

      Best Regards

      Akan
