Use of BAPI_FIXED_ASSET_OVRTAKE_CREATE table PROPORTIONALVALUES for mid year transactions

Dear Community,

we use BAPI_FIXED_ASSET_OVRTAKE_CREATE for asset legacy data transfer from a foreign to our SFIN system.

We transfer mid year transactions (by table TRANSACTIONS) with the asset master data.

In case of a mid year retirement of a legacy asset (e.g. transaction type 210) in the year of cutover we need to pass table PROPORTIONALVALUES. Is this statement correct? If not, in which cases is this table mandatory?

What are mandatory fields that need to be filled in table PROPORTIONALVALUES?

We also have a special case:

An asset is fully deprecated in the year before and in the cutover-year, it will be retired without revenue (transactiontype 200) as a mid-year transaction.

in this case I leave the fields in TRANSACTIONS-AMOUNT default (0,00) and also all fields in PROPORTIONALVALUES (except the key fields of course).

I fill CUMULATEDVALUES-ACQ_VALUE and CUMULATEDVALUES-ORD_DEP with values for full deprecation.

As a return I get AA425 Enter Amount. Do you know where an amount is missing or which fields need to be filled in this case?
