Dispute Mgmt- Case Search Profile

Hi,

We're adding 3 new fields in dispute management for UDM_DISPUTE. All the steps are performed successfully thus far so that I can see those fields added in UDM_DISPUTE.

However, I've issues with Case search profile. I've added those fields in case search profile but they're not showing as selection criteria in UDM_DISPUTE. This step looked fairly straightforward compared to attribute profile, but looks like something is still missing for these fields to show up as search profile. Let me know.

Any inputs will be highly appreciated.
