Hi Gowrishankar,

in the workflow definition, under the tab "other" set the workitem priority to "1 = Express".

This brings a popup to all work item's recipients once it hits their inbox. It offers an execution button to start the workplace in a separate session.

Best regards,

Florin

Create a Priority 1 workitem. When you create a Priority 1 workitem you will receive a Popup with the workitem title message. There you have the link to go to workitem also.

How about looking around a little on your before asking? You'll learn a lot more from it.

There is a setting in the step definition for priority. See the "Miscellaneous" tab (field Step priority).

basically by scrolling one message upwards.

Ooops! How embarrassing 😮

By the way, I see we have slightly different names on the tab. It wouldn't by any chance be on a 4.6C or 4.7 system you found that name?

yo, "Others" up to Enterprise 4.7, and from ECC 6.0 on "Miscellaneous"

Headz up.
