SAP B1 9.1 The Add-on prompts to restart on the 'EnableBranches' command

Hello!!
I'm having a problem with a client that uses our add-on, the client base is multi-branches for sure, however when my C # code will do validation whether the environment is multi-branches or not the add-on hangs and Following options:

-Restart the Add-on;
-Determine the current company;
-Continue working without this add-on;

In my searches I found that it could be some loading of several records, but that's certainly not it.

The client has 4 branches.

Any help will be welcome!

Hi Rodrigo,

It is indeed a corrupted DI API installation issue. Make sure that DI API version installed on the affected machine is same as on Server machine.

Also make sure that DI API is installed with Built-In Administrator user.

Very good!!!! The client reinstalled the DI API and the error stopped happening!
