When we get Basis objects under a software component?

    If you have imported the SWCV SAP ABA you will be able to see these BASIS objects..

    when you define a dependency.

    When we get Basis objects under a software component?

    You mean , when u will get Basis object under ur software component is it? If yes then when u create Dependancy btw software components, you can see the basis objects + the software component which u created for dependency will show up in ur s/w component, if i'm not wrong.

    Hi..

    1 download the xi content that you want:

    https://websmp206.sap-ag.de/notes->Downloads->SAP Support Packages->Entry by Application Group->SAP Content->Process Integration Content (XI Content)

    2 move your .tpz file to the correct dir

    Copy tpz to directory /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/xi/repository_server/import/

    3 import it

    In you integration builder menu:TOOLS->IMPORT DESIGN

    OBJECTS

    hi

    when you go for dependencies, you will combine the components, u will see this under ths basis objects.
