purchase order commitment in internla order

Hi All,

The order has been settled and when we try to close this in KO02 we are getting the following error.

" Still there is a purchase order commitment"

can any one help me how purchase order linked to internal order and how to resolve this issue.

in ME2K i am able to see "Still to be delivered" 0

Still to be invoiced" 0

Hi,

use t.code - S_ALR_87013019 to find the commitment. Select commitment line item for the internal order you can get the P.O. Number. Check P.O. to find the currect asssignment. Change the P.O. assignment as required.

Check once the settlement rule... is any purchase order given for settlement
