Customized Sales Employee Report

I have a Business Requirement in which I need to create a Report showing

1)Ordered Quantity

2)Delivered Quantity

3)Billed Quantity

4)Outstanding Customer Balance

The Input Parameter is Sales Employee

We enter the Sales Employee and the Report should display the customers with the Sales Employee and the Ordered Quantity, Delivered Quantity, Billed Quantity and Outstanding Customer Balance.

The Transaction FD10N shows the Outstanding Balance by Customer.

But we need to display the Outstanding Customer Balance by Customers associated with the Sales Employee.

Please Advise.

    We had a similar requirement in one of our project. We used the t code S_ALR_87012172. Now make use of a field which is available in customer master and also in dynamic selection of this report. Than you can input this field with a code for Sales Employee and execute the report based on that. You do not need to develop a custom report in that case.

    If that does not work for you, another way is to use COPA report. Here you can create a characteristic which will flow into COPA and than run KE24 as well.

    So check what works best for you
