How can we fetch the primary and secondary language of SAP SERVER using stand alone Java program

Hi,

We had a query, We wanted to know how to read the profile parameters defined in SAP using java stand alone system. The parameters we are interested in are "ZCSA/SECOND_LANGUAGE" and "zcsa/system_language".

Are there any BAPIs or tables which can be used to fetch primary and secondary language used for particular SAP Server (ABAP System).

In our java stand alone system we use RFC to fetch information from SAP Server.Can we read the profile parameter "second_language" through java code using either a BAPI or any table?

Please suggest a solution.
