FIORI Scenario Tile : PR Approval # A problem occurred while reading the data

I have created

custom workflow for PR Approval and created scenario in fronted and done all the settings but while executing the tile i am getting below error, Can you please suggest what should i do to resolve below issue:-

Check the URL parameters and the scenario definition. To check the scenario definition, in Customizing for SAP NetWeaver, choose Gateway Service Enablement -> Content -> Task Gateway Service -> Scenario Definition.

Issue is with RFC , earlier one got resolved partially, now new issues are:-

1) When we click app, it is still showing all-items not scenario-specific task items.

2) How to edit text at header and item level. It is custom workflow (No CDS) and mapped via scenario id, Options for getting text like BADI , Workflow item etc , I am not sure ...

Please suggest

I have an update on Issue, I analyze below behavior.

Case 1# If local app is active & backed task filter is deactivated and fronted task filter is activated

it shows correct count on top of tile

but when i click on app (any) I get below error

Case 2# If local app is not active then , backed task filter is deactivated and fronted task filter is activated

Count is not correct on top of tile

and inside tile all things are correct with respect to button but work-items are incorrect & no pop up error as well

Can you please explain the behavior and what should be the correct combination , Please suggest

Hi Jocelyn Dart,

1) Now Count is coming correct, I am getting below error while clicking on PR Tile , also once it reaches inside , it start showing all items in inbox though on top of tile count is coming correct.

2) How to edit header & Item information, where to edit it, via BADI or in work-item , what should be the best place of doing it.

Hi Jocelyn Dart,

It did help and resolved one issue , thanks for that.

There are couple of issue pending now, I am listing it below:-

1) All-Items are coming in Inbox, Scenario wise filtration is not working , I have configured all the settings in front-end & back-end but still new app which i have created for Approve purchase requisition is pulling all data

2) Count on top of tile is not working , it is coming as zero

3) Client want to add text in header & line item, as it is custom workflow , it is blank, how to configure text which contains some header & item level information.

Please suggest
