    John thank u for your quick response!

    Is there a central point where i can do something to prevent # from filters, than writing code for each report individually.

      hi,

      You can call this function in webtemplate main page using

      <script type="text/javascript" language="javascript" >fnRemoveAllHash();</script>

    Hi panos,

    using scripts you can eliminate this # from the dropdown filter values.

    function fnRemoveAllHash( )

    {

    try{

    Elements=document.getElementById('DROPDOWN_ITEM_1_AcDDLBase_itemlistbox-r');

    str = Elements.innerHTML; Elements.innerHTML = str.replace(' # ',' ' );

    if(document.getElementById('DROPDOWN_ITEM_1_AcDDLBase_combobox').value== ' # ' )document.getElementById('DROPDOWN_ITEM_1_AcDDLBase_combobox').value=' ';

    }

    and call this function while loading your report.

    cheers

    Sunil
