Hi

In Budget head 8CVLWRKS64 for company code OM64. The entire budget is available . But when we raised service PO, it was aborted due to budget not available. Please give me some suggestions to solve this. And what tcode i need to use for this?

Hi,

If you r try to raise this po based on internal order - use t.code KO31 to avoid inconsistancy in tables.

If you r try to raise this po based on wbs element - use t.code CJBN to avoid inconsistancy in tables.

In the above t.codes, just u need enter the internal order / wbs element(relevant Project) and execute. Then system will eliminate any consistance in the system.

Sometime back we used these two transaction codes and solved the issue.
