Function Key on Application toolbar not getting imported

I've created a 2nd Selection screen(100), which has a GUI(PF) Status.

This is not getting transported from Development to testing client.

I've transported these objects multiple times, with no effect.

Moreover, I'm gettin the following message when i doble click on both (standard - 1000 and my created - 100) screens:

"Selection screen: Report generation makes screen changes ineffective ".
