Material delete

I had created a material through MM01.Now iwant to delete that material how can i do this

You can use the BAPI : BAPI_MATERIAL_DELETE to delete it.

See its documentation of how to use it.

Yes you can use the MM06 transaction as well. Thanks Guys

In MM02 transaction goto

In menu bar

Material ->Flag for deletion ->immediately

Hi Sandipan

After you flag deletion material . you have to tell basis team to archieve this material for delete from the sap. the condition is you have not to use this material for posting in any document otherwise you can't delete it .
