friends i m facing one problem that in production order the 4 operation are there in which 3rd operation schedule first then 4th one why so pls give me sol

Hi Shiv,

Check 3rd and 4th operation , any overlap is maintain , if yes correct it

if not check base qnty for 3rd and 4th operation may be some mistake in that also

Hi,

If you have 4 operations in a routing. Then the scheduling is done for the first one & then the end time of first operation becomes the start time of the second operation & so on.

If you want to overlap 3rd & 4th operation, then you can choose operation overlapping (by double clicking the 3rd operation).

Enter minimum quantity for the 4th operation to start with.
