delete form sap 3.1i

Hi,

I'm trying to delete a form from sap 3.1i. Obviously this is no problem on our development system. (SE71, Change, Layout set, Delete) When deleting a form, a transport is created by the system.

When I release that transport, SAP generates an error. I found an OSS note (3355) in which can be read that in release 3.1x, you can't delete a form by transport, because "deletions are treated as incorrect objects during the export".

The note doesn't say how you are supposed to delete a form on a target system.

Can somebody help with this please?
