Could anyone help me with the follwoing problem I'm facing:
In our WEBIC we use the Service Ticket, I've implemented the Badi for the dummy Item and that works fine.
But what I don't understand is how the Contract and SLA determination is done based on that dummy product. Could anyone tell me how this is done and which steps I have to perform to get it working?
