certification SAP Solution Manager 4.0 - Prep duration ?

Regarding Solution Consultant SAP Solution Manager 4.0 - Implementation Tools Certifiaction .. would anyone please assist me in getting the required materials apart from service.sap.com and help.sap.com for this certification.
