Nodes in SCOT show status "off" !?

Hi!

I'm trying to set up SMTP for incoming mails. If I go for transaction SCOT all nodes show me the status "off". The sub-node "INT" of "SMTP" also shows "off" when changing to view "Nodes". I already configured the "SMTP" node and ticked also the box "node in use". Can anyone give me a hint!?

Hi Jens,

Welcome to SDN

Have you enable SAPConnect at SICF? if not go to SICF -> right click on SAPConnect and click on Activate SMTP Host. Also check that all parameters needed for SMTP are in place.

I tried to set it up with the help of Thomas Jung's Blog "Receiving E-Mail..." and the OSS note 455140. But there's also no possible answer in the SDN. It looks like this:

Hi Jens,

Go to SCOT -> Setting -> Communication Method

Check INT must be setup with SAPConnect as the Method...
