CRM Web UI attach file into Documentum through attachment tab

Hi,

I have a CRM Web UI requirement to attach a file through attachment tab, where the file should be uploaded into Documentum archive and the Documentum archive link should be updated in the attachment tab.

Any ideas how this can be achieved?

Hi Raj,

Not sure about the process to send the file to documentum.

But I can help you with the 2nd part of your query.

When you create an interface from SAP CRM to Documentum and send the file to Documentum as "Request", you would get the URL from documentum as "response" to the interface.

Now you can refer my post Create URL in attachment block of Web UI in SAP CRM to attach the URL received from Documentum in your CRM WEB UI.
