How to get data of entire table through RFC??

I tried to download directly but it didn't open since it has 5400000 records.

I tried using

'RFC_GET_TABLE_ENTRIES' but it also gave dump stating no row available in the internal table i.e.., Memory allocation for internal table is over.

how to extract data.
