Zero or Empty Delta and Repeat Delta Request is failing for SAP standard and Custom Data sources?

Hi All

We have just gone Live with our project and we are experiencing some data load failures and majority are Delta loads for both Master and Transactional data loads

Sample 1:

When we run the Delta request or a repeat request for the last delta for a SAP standard datasource Customer number (0CUST_SALES_ATTR) and either is empty or brings zero records the Delta job fails in BW. This is happening to both the Master and Transactional datasources and the error message we get is "Requesting the last delta for master data is not supported (Message No. RSM792)"

Sample 2:

When we run the Delta request or a repeat request for the last delta for a Custom created datasource (Business Address Services)(/BMW/GIS_I0005_ADRC) and either is empty or brings zero records the Delta job fails in BW. This is happening to both the Master and Transactional datasources and the error message we get is "Requesting the last delta for master data is not supported (Message No. RSM792) "

Work Around:

We have Initialized with Data transfer,Initialized without data transfer and immediately ran the Delta and still Delta job fails. We have searched for SDN and SAP Notes applicable to the error message and nothing came close to assisting us as we are still encountering the same issue(s)

System Properties:

SAP_BW 740 0017 SAPKW74017 SAP Business Warehouse

Database system: HDB(HANA Database) Release 1

Notes: This is affecting many of both the SAP standard and custom created datasources

In both the samples, the datasources are Delta and Repeat Delta capable and the setting in the Info Package Color of traffic light in the IP is set to Green, meaning the setting for zero or empty request is catered for.The job in ECC 6 completes succesfully. There are NO outstanding TRF's entries missing, all are executed succesfully.

Any advise, suggestions and input is more than welcomed
