T.Code MCSI

Hi Friends

What is the T.Code MCSI means? When my client is trying to retrieve data with this T.Code he is getting a message like ' no data exist for chosen selection '. Even when I tried without giving any selection creteria also it is giving same message. What does this mean. Can anyone explain me in detail please.
