IDOC - URGENT

Hi Gurus,

I have to send the acknowledgement of a purchase order through outbound IDOC before creating Sales order. I have created an extension ZSSEND of RSSEND and filled the IDOC segments with relevant data.

Can any one please let me know procedure to send this IDOC to the other System
