Drop down not working in portal

Hi,

There was a request from a user that he was unable to find the drop down menu enabled.He says that when he clicks the drop down, he should find the dates.Where as he was unable to find out.

I tried deleting the cache.Tried deleting cookies,file contents,history and enabled overriding of cookies in tools-options of Internet Explorer.Can you please help me how to proceed here after.Any other options available to get it enabled?
