Problem in using BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST

I have problem using BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POST to create a G/L account in my program. After calling BAPI_ACC_GL_POSTING_POSTING, it always return error.

Error in document: BKPFF 100000000301802007 AFSCLNT214 and

G/L account 1000598 is not defined in chart of accounts MFG

Acutally the the GL account 100598 i can manually created by FB50.

Could you tell me what's wrong? thanks!
