Workflow changes. How to reject - awaiting SC

Recently we have changed SC workflow from item based (WS1450045) to Header level (WS1400133). Is there any report I use to either reject all shopping cart in awaiting approval status and forcefully restart, so that the system pick new workflow. Thanks
