Employment verification Abode form to be not editable

Hi ALL,

In our ESS application for workset Personal information and Iview Employment Verification. WHen user selects option print empolyment verification. Then in the next screen and adobe form is loaded with all the information of user name , salary and etc. Here the Adobe form is editable. How cna I make this read only. Can anyone suggest me possible solution for this?
