New BI Stats load failure ROUTINE_0001 for cube 0TCT_C21

We are trying to load Cube 0TCT_C21 with datasource 0TCT_DS21 and it's always failing on the 1st record of the 1st data packet with the following error:

Error in a formula function (routine ROUTINE_0001 ), record 1

Has anyone else had this problem with the new BI Stats?

Which support package are you at?. We are at support 14 and it has resolved the problem.

Hi Balaji,

We are on 13. I could not find a note.

So are you saying:

1. There is no official note to fix?

2. Upgrading to SP14 fixes this?

3. You had this problem prior to SP14?

Hi,

We had the same issue and opend a message with SAP and they had asked me refer this note 979721 . But we applied support pack 14 it started working.
