Hi to all,
Can a workflow will able to creat ,define,execute withou configuring in swu3.
if so plz tell me the way.
thanks,

generally some default setting is done in SWU3. You can just try to create a small workflow thru PFTc and then try it.

HI goel

Hello Goel,
you'll find the configuration options also in the customizing tree (SPRO) under:
Reference IMG>Basic Component>Business Management-->SAP Business Workflow
The section "Basic settings (System, SAP Business Workflow)" basically is the standard configuration as done with SWU3.
If you're lacking basis authorization that prevents you from performing SWU3, you will run into the same problem there.
Best wishes,
Florin

Hi Cyrus,
Not without any configuring in SWU3. You at least need a RFC destination and the user WF-BATCH. And for creating a workflow and tasks you need a preceding number range.
