Inconsistency user status OK02

Hi Experts,

I have configured in the OK02 that when I run the Business Transaction "Budgeting" I set the AAAA user status. The problem is that when I change to the following BBBB user status, it does not allow me to budget. It is configured that can not be returned from BBBB status to AAAA, if I may let me budget. User status BBBB, forbid anything. Appreciate your answer.

Which status allows Budgeting ? AAAA or BBBB

What are the business transactions set for user status BBBB ?

Hi Terence,

In the status scheme, AAAA and BBBB do not prohibit Budgeting. At AAAA I can use transaction CJ30 but I can not use it in BBBB status.

It seems that if after setting a user state with a business transactions, and then switching to another user state (which does not allow back to the previous one), these business transactions can no longer be used.

Hi Marcelo,

That should not happen, because business transaction will not restrict that.

Switching from different status will have issues based on the lower level and higher level you have chosen in the user status. Try to change those and check it.
