Dear all,
I hope someone knows the solution of my problem.
We are implementing a Leasing solution. It includes CRM, R/3. Normally if a Leasing contract is created in CRM, it will transferred to R/3 automaticllay and prpcessed by LAE (Leasing Accounting Engine) automatically.
but now we face the following problem. When we create a leasing contract in CRM, it is transferred to R/3 automatically. (we can find it in LAE_CRM_HEADER, LAE_CRM_ITEMS table). But the contract is not processed by LAE automatically. We have used transaction FILATEST, we can process the contract. But if we go back to CRM and want to do some change process, a error occurs that the contract is still processing by LAE.
Is there some LAE expert who can tell me where may the error?
Thanks and regards
Tao
Hi Tao,
First check in Filatest that the contract indicator is green. If it is yellow or red, you need to reprocess it. In most of the above cases, the status is stuck at 1 or 2. The status should turn to 9, only then it becomes green.
After that you can go back to CRM and do change process.
Hope this helps.

Can u answer the following:
1. Does the CRM contract have any follow-up document?
2. What is the system status of the CRM contract as of now?
3. Check queues SMQ1 and SMQ2 and see if the document flowing to R3 is stuck.
4. Also check SMW01 to see if the contract is in any error/intermediate status.
Hi Tao,
I am working on same scenario now.
May I know if you have got your issue resolved. Need to have some inputs on LAE.
Regards,
Vishal

Could you check the locks in SM12 in R/3 to make sure that the document is not locked and all locks have been released.
Just a general question, usually the document woudl be editable in only one system, in you case can you edit the contract in both CRM as well as R/3? or the R/3 processing is just read only operation?
