APO DP: Macro find out whether Key Figure is Fixed?

Hi All,

I am working in APO DP 4.0.

Do you know any macro/statement which can check whether a key figure has been fixed manually in Demand Planning data view.

I need to check this fixing and when I copy other key figure to this fixed key figure then value should not be overwritten.
