ESR not opening in only one environment

Hello Experts,

A few days ago I opened ESR in PO7.5 ,but it opened with weird labels/titles/names like for Operation Mapping it was like TYPE_XITRANSFORMATION for Service Interfaces it was like TYPE_SERVICEINTERFACE and so on .

Yesterday suddenly it stopped opening with the error Unable to load resource

This is in case of Development environment but can open ESR in quality and production easily. Tried to open it with both java 8 u131and java 6 update 45 both but no luck.

Can someone please help me fix it?

ID can be opened successfully?

I would suggest you to clear the cache as per the following note:
2356069 - Integration Builder: "Unable to launch the application"

You can also find several tips regarding ESR, ID logon issues here:

If none of these helps try to analyze the Java Consol trace, which contains more detailed info about the exact error.
