I am in the Process of helping one of our Bracnh Plants cleanup there COGI errors and ran across a problem which I can not figure out. My ultimate goal is to be able to TECO the Collective Prodcution Order and also Activate the Deletion Flag. I have used VL09 to Reverse all the Goods Movements, VL02N to delete the Delivery Line, and CO13 to Cancell the Confirmatiom. My problem is with one of the Lower Level Production Orders, as the Status shows Partially Delivered and also a Confirmed Finish Date. I have tried runing CO13 again in the Lower Level Production Order, and there is no Confirmation to Cancell. Thanks in advance for your help.
There is also a July Date in the Confirmed Date under Released for the Dates/Qty Tab.

by answer it is clear that, you cannot do anything with CO13 as confirmation is already reversed, but raw material psoting is not performed due to posting date problem.
Hence you have to remove this movement error in COGI
procedure is
in COGI transaction enter the order number and plant, enter
in the list check the box for which material you want to post and follow the menu path
Edit>replace>date
Enter the date in which period is open-usually current date and enter,it will become green, then save
you will get a message that goods movement sucesfully executed.
if does not post, then select the material again and click on follow the menu path
environment --> display errors...
act as per the error, and write back
VL09 - movement error will not come in COGI- FYI

Yes, the errors are still in COGI. I tried to use CO13 to Cancell the Confirmation, I get the warning that "No Confirmation Exists". Looking back at the COGI Error, I see it is referring to "Posting Only Possible in 2007/09 and 2007/08". I am assuming this is coming from when I ran VL09 to reverse the Goods Movement, as the Movement type is 262 in COGI.

Dear Mike,
I have not understood one thing
COGI error comes whenever you do confirmation alonge with GR/GI or the reverse case.
Now when you run CO 13 for that process order, whether system is giving any error message?
Did you find any entries in COGI?
Please come back so that we can help you better
