Purchase Order need to save / archive into DMS or Content server while saving at time creating

Hello All ,

We have requirement like below in one of our customer .

Ex :

Step 1 : they go to TCode ME21n for creating purchase order and provide necessary information

Step 2 : while saving purchase order via output type or other way it also has to store on content repository / DMS system

so just wanted to check , is it possible and if yes then how .

Hi, when i process PO in ME9F for print, I receive the errore "Error in Open Form for Document....".

It is all available, just a Google search distance

this functionality for archiving print messages is cross module, so you can even pick a blog from SD and follow the steps https://blogs.sap.com/2013/07/11/sd-billing-documents-archiving-2/

just also want to ask you , here can i select content repository as cloud .

means document will directly store in cloud (if yes do you know steps , how we can make connection with cloud)

I am sorry but I have never linked anything into the cloud myself. Setting up the content repositories is a task of our Basis team, we just ask for a new repository, get the value and use it in our customizing part.

Somehow it should be possible as many add-on providers are doing it as you can see in a Google search with the keywords: ArchiveLink Cloud

yes it is possible, there is a parameter "storage mode" with the option archive or print & archive in your message conditions
