Last PO Price

Hi

Can anyone please help me with the below question:

Std SAP proposes moving average price when a PR is created and last PO price when PO is created. The reason for this is that for a Req. we still do not know the source of supply. Can you please let me know, if there is any configuration or user exits I can use to get last PO price on the req for a material, independent of vendor? It also needs to be plant specific as other plants using std price want to have this displayed.
